Hope everyone is enjoying the demo. I have made a minor update to it. There is now a welcome screen when choosing Quick Play that advises new players to start with the Light intensity setting, and also makes them aware of the game speed slider in Practice Mode. This screen will appear once per session (starting the game from Windows), but there is also a "Don't show this again" option which will make it go away forever (unless you delete the user settings save file).

If you have already downloaded the demo, there is no need to download it again.
